Shipping and Payment Information
- Online Orders - You may pay with a debit or credit card online.
- Phone Orders - You will be sent an electronic invoice where you can pay online with a debit or credit card.
- Fabrication Orders - You will be sent an electronic invoice where you can pay online with a debit or credit card, or you can send in cash or a check. The final product will not be delivered to you until payment has been completed and verified.
- Custom work requires 50% down and other 50% before it ships.
- Refunds: All sales are final.
Please give us a call if there was a mistake made while ordering. Please contact us immediately to avoid cancellation fees.
- Custom Work: We offer many custom-built products. Please be aware that all orders for cages or any product that requires a specific color of your choice for powder coating is considered "custom" and IS NOT REFUNDABLE and cannot be canceled once production begins. Please contact our customer service center if you have any questions regarding your order or this policy.
- Shipping: Shipping will be calculated based on our carrier costs and client urgency. (RandL, FedEx, etc)
- Our production facility is located out in the Northeast of Las Vegas, Nevada inside the Las Vegas Motor Speedway with easy access off the I-15. We are able to pick up and deliver projects nationwide via transport services.
